Hourly Billing: Technical support is billed in one-hour increments. Any support session exceeding five minutes beyond the paid hour will require an additional hour of payment to continue.

No Guarantee: While we make every reasonable effort to diagnose and resolve issues, we do not guarantee that your problem will be fixed. The outcome depends on the nature of the issue, system conditions, and information provided by you.

Client Responsibility: You agree to provide accurate information, follow instructions during troubleshooting, and ensure safe access to any required systems or equipment.
